The African Health Data Space is a decentralised data ecosystem that will help to substantially improve the African health supply chain, starting with the ‘last mile’.

The ecosystem is made up of organisations that are involved in the medicines supply chain and that all comply with the same agreements about data sharing.

These agreements guarantee that the organisations can share data seamlessly within the data space. This means that real-time data relating to the supply chain of medicines will be accessible easily and securely.
